Job Title: Accounts Officer – P2P

Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in accounts department at freight forwarding or shipping line
Qualification: Preferably masters in relevant field
Job Summary: Incumbent will be responsible to oversee and manage the collection, verification, processing and scanning of suppliers invoices in accounting system through indexing of batches.
He/ She will be monitoring the payment posting in bank accounts, verifying the cost estimations before processing of invoices, coordinating with different departments for cost differences, processing of expense reports and vendor account reconciliation.
