We are looking to add a member to our Work in Process (WIP) team, who is an expert in efficient execution of WIP operations for Cutting. A good fit for this role would be ideally someone who has the ability to play a pivotal role in elevating the business to create a benchmark amongst best industry practices.
The major areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:
- Support the WIP (Work in Process) Lead in efficient execution of WIP operations for the Cutting section
- Receive cut parts from Cutting Department and feed to Sewing lines according to Line Loading Plan
- Ensure the right sequence of receiving and feeding into the machines is being followed in order to produce the desired output based on the Line Loading Plan
- Administer cut wise fusing according to sewing matching while keeping a check on embroidery and printing patterns
- Take charge of making necessary arrangements for recut on urgent basis from cutting department and feeding to line for smooth production
- Report all WIP analytics for Cutting, with an ability to manage the data effectively in SAP
- Good multitasking, analytical, interpersonal and pressure handling skills and has an ability to drive processes through innovation and ownership
- Has at least 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience in the textile industry
Qualification Requirements: Masters/Bachelors of Engineering/Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
