We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Apparel team who have expertise in Marketing. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The primary areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:
- Oversee the entire sampling process from customer requests to delivery, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation in SAP (e.g., sampling requests, purchase requisitions, bulk contracts, shipping documents, and customer POs).
- Communicate with production teams to ensure smooth sample and bulk production, meeting timelines and addressing customer queries via email and phone.
- Track payments and receivables for samplings and bulk orders, maintaining accurate records of pricing and costings.
- Support product development and assist in creating collections and customer presentations.
- Ensure timely commission payments to agents.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a related field.
- 02 to 04 years of experience in Marketing Department of Textile industry.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
