We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Denim team who have expertise in Marketing. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.
The primary areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and effective communication both internally and externally to support the marketing team.
- Oversee the entire sampling process, from receiving customer demands to ensuring the timely delivery of samples. Provide strong follow-up to ensure business goals are met.
- Handle critical documentation tasks, including the issuance of sampling contracts, bulk contracts, shipping documents, compliance certifications, customer LC arrangements, and PO record-keeping via SAP software.
- Act as a bridge between marketing and production teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.
- Track and follow up on customer payments and receivables.
- Maintain accurate records of bulk order costings and pricing.
- Keep detailed records of running orders and sampling projects.
- Respond promptly to customer queries regarding sampling and bulk orders.
- Drive product developments tailored to specific markets and customer requirements.
- Create collections for presentations and deliver them to customers effectively.
- Manage air shipment approvals through SAP and coordinate third party testing requests.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a related field.
- 02 – 03 years of experience in merchandising or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
