We are looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐇𝐑 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

-Oversee and manage the payroll processing for assigned locations, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits.
-Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth integration of payroll data.
-Handle payroll-related queries and discrepancies effectively.
-Ensure that all payroll processes and HR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
-Ensure adherence to internal HR policies, procedures, and processes.
-Conduct regular audits of payroll and HR practices to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee payroll data, tax documents, and other related information.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 / 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 / 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Monitor financial performance, including variance analysis and budget comparisons.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory submissions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• ACCA finalist or CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification (completed or near completion).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
