Dolmen Group Jobs Assistant Manager HSE :Urgently looking for Assistant Manager HSE for the Health, Safety & Environmental Department at Dolmen Group Karachi.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor all the projects regarding health and safety, regularly moving between sites.
- Involve in development, improvement and execution of health and safety system in relation to construction works in projects.
- Preparing and enforcement of policies to establish a culture of health and safety.
- Monitoring compliance to policies and laws by regularly inspecting projects.
- Inspecting H&S documentation within each project, indication of improvements.
- Preparing reports (external and internal) in relation to health and safety compliance status, near misses, accidents, improvements etc.
- Participate in problem solving processes in relation to health and safety issues;
- Participate in meetings with client regarding health and safety issues as for projects in active and sales stages, representing the company’s position on these issues.
Skills and Requirements: Experience in working at Construction sites.
