Responsibilities:
- To manage all admin related matters of operations department.
- To maintain data related to tenant, maintenance, water decanting etc.
- To forecast and maintain operation`s budget.
- Coordinating with internal stake holders and tenants.
- To carry out communication by drafting memos and other official letters.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in dealing with operations related to administration.
Education: Minimum graduation in Business Administration.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)

Dolmen Group is looking for ‘Shift Engineer’ for its Facilities Management Department at Dolmen City, Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all mechanical & electrical equipment is running to its optimum performance.
- Look after general operations preventative and breakdown maintenance, engineering support for all plant, equipment and buildings.
- Provide support services for all buildings and manufacturing equipment.
- Supervise the work of facility maintenance and equipment specialists in shift.
- Provide backup support in the absence of other engineers.
Requirements:
Experience: 5 – 8 years.
Education: B.E. Electrical
Skills & capabilities: Vendor Management, Negotiation, Communication and knowledge related to electrical works.
