Dolmen Group Jobs Manager Systems:Dolmen Group is looking for ‘Manager – Systems’ in its Systems Department, at Dolmen City, Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the team of ELV Engineers proficient in ELV Systems and on-site building practices.
- Responsible for the MV, Telecom, ELV, Electronic Security and Fire Alarm systems design content subject to authorities and client`s approval.
- Responsible for chairing coordination meetings with the contractors to ensure that design is implemented.
- Liaison and coordination with all applicable local authority departments to obtain approval at all stages of the project.
- Propose yearly CAPEX/OPEX/Landlord budgets and ensure its completion within financial limits.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in managing ELV, MV and Building Automation projects.
Education: Minimum Bachelors
Capabilities/Skills: Strong technical knowledge on systems like BMS, FAS, preferably Simens/Honeywell
Understanding of international codes of fire alarm system
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
