Position: HR Specialist
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institute (preferably in HR)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Main Accountabilities:
- Responsible for recruitment, end-to-end onboarding & off boarding of employees
- Working closely with the Operations Team in developing Succession Plan at stores
- Executing Employee Engagement activities, Bench Planning & Operations staff training
Competencies & Skills: Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Lahore
