Job Responsibilities include:

• Configure and troubleshoot SD-WAN & IPSEC VPNs.
• Configure and install various network devices, e.g.: Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches & Fortigate firewalls.
• Configure network services (e.g., Site-2-Site VPN, Remote access VPN, VLAN, BGP, MPLS-VPN, Firewall policies, NAT/PAT/Port-Forwarding).
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance and ensure network & system availability and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools (NMS & PRTG).

Position Requirement:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years’ of experience with network administration
• Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
• May be required to work in shifts
