Position: Manager / AVP Compliance Risk Management

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be at least a Graduate / Master, preference will be given to business graduates / masters.
1 to 4 years relevant or similar capacity experience in Banking industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Good prioritization, organizational, multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure.
Desire to be challenged and learn

Key Responsibilities:

Break-down of Regulatory requirements into actionable tasks.
Coordinate with respective departments for compliance of Regulatory requirements.
Follow-up with process owners for establishing controls where controls are not in place with reference to regulator’s requirements.
Coordination with Operational Risk Team to monitor adequacy and efficacy of compliance risk controls through RCSAS or KRIS
Management of the Compliance Risk Management System etc.
FATCA/CRS Reporting as per regulatory requirements.
