About the Job:
-As the Assistant Manager โ Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring fresh talent across various functions within the organization. You will collaborate with placement offices, oversee the recruitment and training process, and implement strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both On-Screen and Off-Screen Talent, including sourcing, interviewing, and training.
-Collaborate with management to forecast hiring needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, universities, training institutes, modeling agencies, and recruitment agencies.
-Build a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates for future hiring needs and maintaining relationships with potential hires.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through onboarding, by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
-Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve induction and training efforts.
-Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Requirements:
-Proven experience (2-3 years) in fresh talent acquisition or recruitment within the media industry.
-Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
-Data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience analyzing recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
-Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
