Duty Officer Passenger Services
– Accountable for daily operations
– Supervision of coverage in check-in area according customers SLA
– Initiate staff-shifts if appropriate together with PAX Supervisor
– Maintain and improve customer and company safety and quality standards
– Maintain good relations with customers and airport authorities
– Manage and control all staff assignments
– Hold daily briefings with all levels of management
– Provide support to front line management
– Coach and train all employees to effectively improve operations
– Ensure workforce adherence to company policies and procedures
– Ensure Compliance with all Uniform & PPE Requirements
– Issue Performance Tickets as appropriate (RRR or similar system)
– Other duties as assigned
