Education: BS-CS
Location: Karachi
Timing: Second Shift (3:30 pm -12:30 am)
Experience: 6 Months -1 Year
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical support calls from end users of computers and software application
- Setting up and installing new computers
- Trouble shooting of networks and software
- Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network.
- Installing updates, known as patches, to software application
- Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.
- Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss.

Job Description:
- Web filter & Firewall devices
- IP Telephone Deployment, Support & Interaction
- LAN & WAN Network Support
- Daily network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Good understanding and Knowledge on Microsoft AD /Domain Control, DNS/DHCP, web filter / firewall devices, VMware vSphere and /OR other virtualization tools.
