Qualification

Fresh bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council.

Technical Expertise

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment  
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take on challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in rotational assignments across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the solar industry.

• Assist in PV designing, Operations, Supply Chain, Project planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
• Participate in workshops and training to develop leadership and technical skills.
• Basic knowledge in designing tools PV syst, Sketchup, Auto CAD will be preferred
