Qualification

Fresh bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field, registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council.

Technical Expertise

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take on challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in rotational assignments across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the solar industry.

Assist in PV designing, Operations, Supply Chain, Project planning and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
Participate in workshops and training to develop leadership and technical skills.
Basic knowledge in designing tools PV syst, Sketchup, Auto CAD will be preferred
