JOB PURPOSE:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project schedules, resources, and communication, ensuring that client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves breaking down projects into actionable tasks, setting clear timeframes, and assisting in budget preparation. The ideal candidate will monitor project progress, and address any arising issues. Additionally, the role will handle procurement management, oversee legal documentation, ensure quality standards are met, track working hours, expenditures, and submit invoices in a timely manner.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Education: B.Com

Experience: At least 2 years

Software/Tools: Microsoft Office and ERP.

Skills: Communication, Teamwork, Problem solving, Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail
