Job Description:
- Running a centralised education system in branches all over Pakistan, ranging from preschool to Matriculation while leading the following areas:
- Curriculum planning
- Centralised syllabus making and conducting centralized tests and assessments
- Developing a professional programme to conduct workshops for in-house staff at the HO and RO
- Developing modules for teacher training and ensuring implementation through regional academic team
- Managing a complete team of academics with their KPI developments
- Maintaining a travel and activity calendar for the team to visit different school branches
