Electropolymers Private Limited is looking to hire an Assistant Manager Quality Control and Compliance.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the Sales Return Material Cycle and ensure proper follow-up with relevant departments.
-Conduct ISO 9001:2015 annual audits and internal audits as per the audit plan.
-Identify and report non-conformities found during quarantine inspections.
Draft, review, and update quality assurance procedures.
-Ensure customer quality requirements are understood and met.
Plan, execute, and report process audits to monitor system effectiveness.
-Analyze customer rejections using structured problem-solving tools and recommend actions.
-Manage and coordinate customer audits.
-Compile and maintain quality-related statistical data.
-Approve quarantine materials (semi-finished and finished goods) based on inspection outcomes.
-Prepare and implement the annual training plan for quality awareness and compliance.
Requirements:
-Minimum BE in a relevant field.
-3-4 years of relevant experience.
