We are Hiring Assistant Manager Supply Chain
Location: Head Office
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorโs degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in an EPC Company.
- Must have experience of purchasing mechanical material like steel plates, pipes, fittings, firefighting equipment, electrical and civil material.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good contacts with major vendors/suppliers in the market.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to optimize quality, cost, and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and ensure compliance.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. Local purchasing as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
