JOB DETAILS: Job Tide: Leading role of Finance & Feasibilities (Karachi)
JOB PURPOSE: To prepare detailed feasibility of new projects, uploading data to the Property Master Database in time, reviewing prices considering the prevailing market conditions and support Management in preparing project feasibilities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Must be a ACA, CFA (Qualified)
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role
• Must be good with numbers
• Must be a team player
• Must be good in MS office
• Must have good communication skills

• Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond, to meet key performance metrics
• Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
• Efficiently manage the allocated marketing budgets to maximize company revenue

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in naarketing/communications/advertising from a reputed university

EXPERIENCE: 5 – 6 years of experience in relevant field
