Position: Master Data Executive
Location: Karachi
Department: Information Technology
Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Sciences or any relevant field
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in electronic data management, FMCG preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and execute master data creation & updates in SAP as per user department inputs
- To be accountable for the accuracy & completeness of master data within the system
- To ensure compliance with defined SOPs to improving data quality & reporting process
- To guide department users in following approval SOPs for changes & creation of master data
- To compile master data for mass updates / mass management
- To assist data cleansing of master data records in the system using tools & techniques
- To assist in corrective actions for problem resolution and audit observations in master data
- To develop effective working relationships across the organization
- To assist in creating & improving processes, controls and reporting
