Position: Territory Sales Officer
Location: Sahiwal, Multan, Sargodha, Jhang, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mardan
Employment Type: Third Party
Department: Sales
Qualification: Bachelors (Minimum) Masters/MBA (preferable)
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, FMCG preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To achieve monthly sales target (in terms of revenue, volume generation and master cartons etc.)
• To ensure availability and visibility of assigned brands / SKUs in the assigned territory, market penetration.
• To assign monthly/ daily sales target to DSR’s.
• To develop market share in urban and rural areas with strategic sales activities.
• To provide necessary trainings to DSR’s & salesmen and simultaneously monitor them for their development.
• To identify the line between key accounts and sales and become strategic partners with Key Accounts and Modern Trade

Position: Merchandising Officer
Locations: Mianwali, Peshawar, Gujranwala
Employment Type: Third Party
Department: Sales
Qualification: Minimum Intermediate
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, FMCG preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To manage product placement at the assigned outlets of both the categories (cakes & biscuits)
• To manage shelf space and ensure 50% of the shelf share in the market
• To prepare Planogram Implementations to ensure the product positioning according to the designed classification of products in market
• To explore and suggest new outlets to the team and visit them to observe the foot fall
• To manage shelf efficiently and ensure FIFO method in stock releasing
