Position: Sales and Operation Planning – Manager
Location: Karachi
Department: Integrated Planning
Qualification: Masters in Science/SCM/Business Graduate/BE
Experience: 5-8 years
Duties:
- Generating the baseline forecast
- Event planning & market intelligence
- Facilitates cross-functional agreement of volume forecasts for events and market trends
- Analysing demand drivers and business partnering functions to deliver business agenda
- Perform essential tasks to support company Integrated Business Management (IBM) process.
- Track KPI’s and continuously improve system and process to enhance performance in the demand and supply planning area
- Generate product replenish plan to Purchasing for execution, and minimize out-of-stock
- Perform statistical forecasting at SKU level for each fulfillment centre, sales trend and forecast accuracy analysis
- Provide analytical support highlighting changes of demand plan, forecast accuracy, trend, so to identify inventory impact
- Liaise with Finance, Sales and Marketing teams to develop short range / long range forecast
