Requirements:
- LLM/BPTC/LPC from an HEC recognized university
- 4-6 yrs of relevant work experience
- 1 yr litigation experience in a law firm, familiarity with Court (esp. Sindh High Court)
Overall Responsibilities:
- Render written advice on intellectual property matters & work closely with external counsels for registration & protection of IP rights
- Liaise with external counsels, attend meetings & court hearings
- Render advice/written opinions on potential litigation matters & current litigation.
- Assist with auditors’ responses, maintenance of litigation sheets, preparation of board resolution & Authority letters & update business about the progress of cases
