We are looking for ADM delivery manager within CSS Pakistan where you would take end to end responsibilities for business and technical domains. This involves functional management of staff, ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed contracts (compliance to set of KPIs), budget responsibility and working on improving the organizational efficiency, processes and methods within the relevant area.
What You Will Do
- Take ownership of the customer relationship, ensure correct and proper delivery of services as specified in the ADM contract.
- Benchmark IT profiles in the market that can be used for the relative service to properly staff projects in terms of cost and competences for the required contract services.
- Know charging, billing, CRM domains and have good understanding of business support system related processes.
- Take care of financial & commercial performance and P&L of the ADM contract.
- Seek and identifies new opportunities and continuously monitors cost efficiency.
- Lead and functionally manage a team of solution architects.
You will bring
- Bachelor level, in engineering (Electrical, Telecom) or Computer Sciences
- PMP certification will be a plus
- Total Experience: 12 to 15 years (with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience)
