Position: Expert Product & Tariff Configurations
We are now looking for an Expert Product & Tariff Configurations who will be responsible for the evaluation, designing & configuration of Business Configuration Products.
What You Will Do
- Business Configuration for Voice, SMS, DATA services as per Business requirements.
- Tariff changes at SDP/AIR include configuration changes of Service Class Data, Announcement Class data, Usage Accumulators data, Tariff and Charging Analysis logics,
- Subscriber Life- Cycle handling, Main & Dedicated Accounts data, Family and Friends data, EoCN and SMS Notification, Bonus data, HLR blocking data, Community data, the definition of VAS short-codes etc
- Hands-on experience in configuration of managing all products at Product Catalogs, Bundle, Offer, price component, Rate Tables, Decision Table, filter, meters, and Normalizers for Ericsson Charging System.
- Coordination with different stakeholders to fulfill customer requirements.
- Making new Business Plans /making changes in the existing Business Plans upon to the clientโs requirements
- Good understanding of different protocols i-e Diameter based protocols (Gx, Gy, ESy, CIP-Diameter, SCAP), SS7 & SIGTRAN based protocols (CAPv2,CAPv3,MAP) for various voice/sms/data event based and session based charging.
- Understanding of integration APIs as XML-RPC UCIPs, ACIPs for 3PP vendors, HTTP based SOAP, REST APIs.
- Regular meetings and coordination with customerโs commercial/marketing POCs for various business requirements and providing solutions by transforming these into functional requirements
- Responsible for implementation of various promotions like Bonus On Recharge/Usage, PostPaid Promotional Plans B2C/B2B/Fixed/Enterprise segments
- Legacy to Ericsson CS migration, and end-to-end testing.
- Responsible for Configuring the TARIFF in the Test Bed
- Responsible for doing testing of the Configuration changes made according to the Requirement and rectification of the issues
You will bring
- Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or relevant
- 4-5 Years in Ericsson charging system.
- Ericsson BSS domain expertise
- Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice
- Experience sharing and collaboration skills

Position: CRM Operations Specialist
We are looking for CRM Operations Specialist who will be responsible for Operations of CRM DBSS Stack System to support organizationโs Business smooth functioning.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for the Management of Operational areas.
- Smooth & Timely Operational support of Channel Administration activities (New Channel Resource definition to Sale- Issuance Product Definition to Recycling, Analysis based Management Reporting) to all supporting functions.
- Management of Critical Controls Identification, coordination & resolution of issue in above Critical Controls.
- Coordination & Resolution of Critical DBSS Interfaces (Internal & External), Channel & all Linked Application issues.
- Developing of Processes, SOP for Smooth DBSS Operation.
- Leading Analysis based Optimization initiatives, identify gaps and provide visibility into areas of improvement.
- Be the escalation point for all DBSS Operations in order to drive bottle necks.
- Provide synergy opportunities between the all the relevant areas as well as with collaborating functions to increase effectiveness. End to end ownership of CRM Related Customer Complaints issue resolution.
- Responsible for defining, Management of CRM Customer Complaint Framework.
- Streamline Complaint management process with issue resolution plans.
- Coordination between Teams, driving issue resolution by involving Vendor/Stake Holders.
- Management of CRM Complaint TAT, Real Resolution w.r.t. the committed targets.
- Development of operational agility plan & highlight current gaps.
- Escalate & resolve existing bottle necks in order to drive operational agility forward for the business.
- Development of Framework for the smooth implementation by covering all aspects & support required to L1 teams.
- Leading DBSS Area and took initiatives for the automation of all manual processes.
You will bring
- Must have minimum of bachelorโs degree in computer sciences, Masters will be preferred.
- At least 2 to 3 Years experience of working in the BSS Domain.
- Good understanding and experience of BSS/OSS Stack System Sound understanding of Telecom and cellular business.
- Strong knowledge of MariaDB, MS SQL and ORACLE. Hands on experience on Linux and windows base applications.
- Should have the skills for handling small and Complex change(s). Strong expertise in CRM.
- Effective communication and negotiation skill.
- Problem solving by providing timely solutions. Must have strong analytical skills
- Should have sound hands on working experience and knowledge of ASP.NET, Python, BSS/OSS and its functions
- Ability to work under challenging environment and sustain pressure.
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, dispute resolution skills.
