Job Description:
- Evaluate business requirements and translating them into technical configurations.
- Apply business configurations in Ericsson charging as per product requirement.Coordinate with business customer for finalizing the scope of product.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and projects as per agreed plans.
- Coordinate with back end/support teams for issue resolution and for new deployments.
- Explore possibilities of in-house customization for charging system.
- Facilitate stakeholder requests and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide agile & error free development & release management.
