Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection)
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with department heads for hiring needs
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, networking, referrals)
- Conduct assessments, reference checks, salary negotiations
- Maintain candidate pipelines
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and onboarding
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Assist in job description finalization
- Prepare and post job advertisements
- Other tasks assigned by Management
Education & Experience:
- MBA HR or Equivalent
- 3-5 years of Hands-on experience
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with HR Modules
- Problem-solving skills
- Presentable personality, Can-Do Attitude, Team Player
