We are looking for Customer Service Representative – Documentation
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the immediate supervisor in document submission by adherence to all legal and company-defined policies.
- Assist supervisor/line manager for preparation of all documentation which may include possession letters, allocation letters, allotment letters, and coordination of physical possession handing over to the customer in coordination with concerned departments and location plans.
- Coordination and assist in completion of all documentation related to customers in all aspects for compliance with company policies and updating the customer record in all related software and processing customer files.
- Handling customer grievances, queries, and responding promptly as per company’s policies and guidelines.
- After-sales client services related to client ledgers, installments, allocations, surcharges, refunds, merging, and any other client facilitation services.
- Any other task given by the line manager.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree.
- 01-03 years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector.
Requirements:
- Strong command of MS Office and ERP (Real Estate).
- Presentable personality, “Can Do” attitude, team player.
