We are looking for IT Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, upgrade, and support software systems and network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, file server and wireless access points
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT and network issues, including hardware failures, network connectivity issues, software malfunctions and performance issues
• Install and configure new systems, applications, and network infrastructure
• Provide technical support to end-users and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
• Design, configure, and deploy company networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN
• Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure reliable and secure connections
• Manage backup and recovery procedures for critical systems

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus
• 2-4 years of experience in IT or network support, preferably in IT infrastructure management

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and network devices
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Strong knowledge of network and system administration
