We are looking for Manager Land
Job Responsibilities: The position of Manager Land is essentially required to ensure accurate due diligence, dealing, record keeping and avoid duplication during land acquisition process.
- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze property data for feasibility
- Negotiate purchase agreements and manage due diligence processes
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and legal requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and local authorities
- Collaborate with internal teams to align acquisitions with strategic goals
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and provide insights for decision-making
- Updating of Revenue Record of land acquired by Company, i.e. payment record, possession record etc.
- Perform aligned / additional duties related to land acquisition as assigned by Head of Department
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelors
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in land acquisition related task
Requirements:
- Must have experience in Land Acquisition Department of sizeable Housing Society or relevant Government Department
- Should possess knowledge of Revenue Rules and Regulations and related documentations
- Must have knowledge of record keeping process
