Euro oil is the sole marketer of Petronas Lubricants International, the Global lubricants manufacturing & the marketing subsidiary of PETRONAS. Here at Euro, we are looking to hire an RSM for Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Lahore region along with meeting and beating sales targets for the automotive segment.
Responsibilities
- Developing high potential sales teams
- Strategically develop, implement, and evaluate the sales strategy and give major contribution in trade marketing
- Leading the JBP process with key customers ensuring win-win scenarios
- Generate multi-channel sales prospects and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company
- Effectively developing, managing and coaching the sales team with the right skills to support learning and development
Qualifications and Experience
- The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience
- Should have experience in managing various geographical locations in central and North Punjab
