We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our team with a competitive salary package of 45-55,000 PKR. If you have a knack for managing data, ensuring accurate records, and facilitating seamless operations, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Compile, check, and follow up on CRM team’s Daily Call Reports (DCR) and Joint Field Visit Reports (JFVR).
Maintain and follow up on monthly tour plans.
Handle compilation, checking, submission, and follow-up of monthly tour and area promotional expenses.
Generate, email, and dispatch monthly sales reports for Coordinators and Managers.
Facilitate and execute the monthly allocation of promotional items to Coordinators.
Initiate and manage approval processes and follow-ups for service requests.
Generate sales data for specific accounts, including customers, HCPs, clusters, and regions.
Process resignation information and ensure service blockage as per policy.
Manage submission and follow-up of final settlement cases.
Settle CRM team’s advances.
