Location: SITE Area Karachi
Eximpo Cool Chains Pvt. Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to join our team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
- Oversee inbound and outbound inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain optimal storage conditions for cold chain items.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for inventory handling.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and update stock levels.
- Assist in implementing best practices for inventory control and minimizing waste or loss.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in cold storage or warehousing.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
