REQUIREMENTS:
ยท BS degree Computer Science/IT.
ยท Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in system and network support.
ยท Expertise in Windows and MAC OS installation, configurations, as well as desktop applications.
ยท Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in relation to desktop/mobile devices, software, LAN, and the Internet.
ยท Microsoft certification and training are preferred.
