WE ARE HIRING! AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) GUJRANWALA (CONFECTIONERY)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure assigned sales target with effective sales strategy and execution
• Effective Team development
• Conduct Market Analysis in line with Sales KPIs and identify growth opportunities
• Effective Distribution Development and Management
• Customer Relationship Management
• Ensure team performance tracking and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8 to 10 years sales experience in FMCG (Confectionery) in Gujranwala.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in ASM role.
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA/Equivalent education in related field is preferable.
• Strong analytical skills for market trends, sales data and competitor analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical territory frequently.

Location: Gujranwala (base town)
