Fatima Group is hiring for Lead Procure to Pay Operations in Supply Chain Division. Lahore. The ideal candidate should have the following:

Qualification: MBA/BBA or equivalent from an HEC recognized University.

Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain.

Location: Lahore

Brief Description

Manage and supervise the process of receiving the PRs along with approved budget to generate RFQs as per directions from MROP team to suppliers.
Manage and supervise the process of making comparative statements and sharing with end users for technical evaluation.
Manage and supervise the process of sharing the technically evaluated case with MROP team to negotiate the competitive price.
Manage and supervise the process of making purchase order in the system and keeping all case files in the system.
Manage and supervise the process of coordinating and communicating with finance after receiving order acknowledgement from supplier and by providing the proforma invoice, order acknowledgement and related approvals.
Manage and supervise the process of coordinating and following up with logistics team for timely freight forwarding and customs clearance of foreign shipments.
Coordinating with material warehouse for timely issuance of material receiving report
Implementing the training program for the buying team. Apply
