KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Mechanical engineering degree with 5 to 7 years of experience in static equipment maintenance.
• Sound understanding of engineering drawings, material specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyse daily log sheets, SEIC report identify areas of concern, recommend actions and discuss with engineers.
• Provide technical assistance to his Engineers to ensure effective implementation and adequate execution of job as per safety standards.
• Review equipment records to suggest modifications, material changes, new work techniques to reduce repetitive repairs and enhance reliability of equipment.

Position : SENIOR ENGINEER I&C

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• BSc Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering with 7 to 9 years of relevant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To perform all maintenance jobs and have hands-on experience on control systems (Emerson Ovation and Siemens SPPA T3000).
• Responsible for management of activities in I&C section, including maintenance, modifications, improvements, budgets, planning, equipment lifecycle, reliability, and efficiency management.
• Responsible for coordinating plant instrument maintenance activities to maximize plant availability.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors of science in chemical engineering with minimum 09 year of experience, preferably in fertilizer industry.
• Excellent knowledge of urea & nitric acid plant technologies and operating units.
• Sound understanding of HAZOP studies and other PHA techniques for process safety and risk management.
• Experience with TMP data collection and performance evaluation.
