Fatima Group is hiring for Planning Engineer at Plant Site Sheikhupura. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5 to 8 Years of Experience in Maintenance Planning and Turnaround Activities within the Fertilizer or Petrochemical Industry
Location: Sheikhupura
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to maintenance activities in the fertilizer industry. Knowledge of PSM fundamental is essential.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software and project management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze maintenance data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex information to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant international codes and standards for maintenance and turnaround activities.
- Professional certifications in maintenance management or project management (e.g., CMRP, PMP) are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address maintenance-related issues.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior planning team members. Apply
