KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bar at Law or Solicitor or Master of Laws or a Master degree in related discipline.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of work experience
- Juris doctor from a reputable university with a minimum 7 years of work experience
- Work experience in corporate advisory, contract and dispute management including alternative dispute resolutions, and external counsel management and supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops strong cross-functional relationship to further the business objectives.
- Provides regular and timely support in contracts, disputes arising thereof and or any potential concerns that may arise post execution.
- Analyzes and provides support in managing disputes at local or global levels.
