Fatima Group is hiring for Sub Engineer Workshop at Plant Site Sheikhupura. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / B-Tech.
Experience: 7 to 10 Years of Local Fabrication Cell Sub Engineer Experience in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, or Process Industry
Location: Sheikhupura
Key Responsibilities:
- Reverse engineering, drawing generation and its review of critical spare parts and their local development utilizing in-house and market resources.
- Provide feedback, give recommendations and seek guidance from Workshop Engineer and UM Workshop; coordinate with craft supervisors to facilitate them through LFC services according to job requirement.
- Advice, recommend solutions, guide, delegate tasks and seek progress on ongoing jobs from subordinates and vendors and act as management contact point for them.
- Machining and manufacturing processes such as Lathe machine, Grinding machine, milling machine, boring machine, drill machine and dynamic balancing machine.
- Coordinate with warehouse for receipt, inspection, issuance, return of material and maintain a holistic database of all local development items.
- To guide the technicians about the technical aspects of jobs, monitor working and performance of all subordinates, maintain safety standard among the technicians and keep good housekeeping in the shop. Apply.
