4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Information & Communication Technology to manage ICT infrastructure having Data Centre/ Unified Communications in a reputable organization
Successful track record of managing projects (at least 02 unified communications Infrastructure project)
Demonstrated experience of managing day-to-day ICT Infrastructure / Projects / Operations and Support through the delivery of services as per business requirements
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Operational management of enterprise unified communications & collaboration systems having VOIP telephony, video conference/ telepresence systems, web conferencing systems within FFBL & subsidiaries
Designing, planning, implementation & operational management of ICT infrastructure projects having data center infrastructure & unified communications systems within FFBL & subsidiaries
Assistance in operational management of data center at FFBL Head Office on 24/7 basis
Operational management of ICT infrastructure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to data center, unified communications systems
Operational management of unified communications infrastructure recovery procedures and technical documentation
Assistance in providing on-job technical trainings to team members
Analysis and planning of unified communications infrastructure level budgeting
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Knowledge of data center standard TIA-942, data center infrastructure management, NOC
Knowledge of Cisco/ Microsoft/ Huawei/ Unify/ Zoom VOIP telephony, video conference/ telepresence systems, web conferencing systems
Knowledge of managing multi-OEM based ICT unified communications infrastructure Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Knowledge of multi-OEM ICT unified communications infrastructure recovery procedures and technical documentation
Assistance in configuration, management, upgradation & troubleshooting of Cisco/ Microsoft/ Unify/ Zoom VOIP telephony, video conference/ telepresence systems, web conferencing systems
Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior management and other internal/external stakeholders
Adaptability to changing environments and experience in effectively managing change management initiatives

Enterprise Systems Infrastructure:
Plan, develop, implement and manage a roadmap and specific integration solutions to facilitate integration of various ICT systems infrastructure components and optimize inter-operability
Design, plan, implement and manage systems infrastructure solutions, products and services through technology innovation, experimentation and collaboration
Evaluate and optimize systems infrastructure performance against user and business requirements
Operational management & configuration of enterprise server systems having physical servers & virtual cluster hosting multiple virtual machines (VMs), and Storage Area Network (SAN), as Server infrastructure as a Service
ICT Systems Infrastructure Projects:
Responsible for achieving optimal results, conforming to standards for quality, safety and sustainability and complying with defined scope, performance, costs and schedule
Organize, coordinate and lead the project team
Designing, planning, implementation & operational management of ICT systems infrastructure projects within FFBL & subsidiaries
ICT Infrastructure Availability Management:
Analyses service and component availability, reliability, maintainability and serviceability with respect to ICT systems infrastructure
Contributes to the availability management process and its operation. Performs defined availability management tasks
Ensures that services and components meet and continue to meet all of their agreed performance targets and service levels
Implements arrangements for disaster recovery and documents recovery procedures with testing of recovery procedures

ICT Systems Infrastructure Technical Documentation and Budgeting:

The ideal candidate should have:
Done BE/BS/MSc in Computer Sciences (or equivalent to 16 years of education in Computer Science or Computer Engineering)
SAP Materials Management Certification
Minimum of 4~6 years of experience in SAP full cycle implementation as well as in Support.
Experience in SAP MM / PM / PP configuration and support.
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA would be a distinct advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
Experience in Fertilizer / FMGC sector.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM / PM / PP.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives, develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clientsโ needs.
Design, customize, configure and testing of MM / PM / PP
