Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Management of disbursement activity
To ensure that payments are processed in accordance with company policies, SOPs and in line with Tax laws (Federal / Provincial) & Accounting standards (IAS / IFRS).
Funds / Bank Management
Effective Funds Management as per guidelines of Cash Flow Management strategies.
Bank Reconciliations.
Coordinator for visit of bank personnel & data compilation for various banks and lenders.
Tax Management
Withholding Tax reporting and ensure timely tax payment in Govt treasury as per tax laws.
Quarterly advance tax reporting along with supporting documents.
Filing of monthly general & provincial sales tax returns as per prescribed format.
Support Tax section in preparation, submit and filing of response related to Tax Notices / Audits.
Month End closing activities
Supervise month end closing activities related to plant site in coordination with FR Section and other departments.
Other activities
Supervise fixed assets capitalization, retirement, transfer, & deprecation run in SAP.
Liaise with external & internal Auditors & ensure timely audit completion.
Participation in various committees as Finance Representative.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Updated with IFRS, Company Laws, Taxation and Corporate Governance.
- Well versed with Payables, disbursement & Taxation Management.

- Successful track record of working with large fertilizer / petrochemicals organizations within the country or internationally in the field of Maintenance of Rotating Equipment.
- Good knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and best industrial practices.
- Solid understanding of safety and quality programs in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 02 โ 08 yearsโ experience in the maintenance field, with experience of working in fertilizer, petrochemical, oil and gas industry or similar environments.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Safety / Housekeeping
- Ensures compliance with FFBL work permit procedure and PSM elements during job execution.
- Participate in weekly fire drills, bi-annual ammonia release drills and annual building evacuation drill.
- Conducts weekly D-level talks on plant and environmental safety.
Technical
- Execution of maintenance jobs with quality and safety as per daily job plan or as per plant day to day requirement.
- Establish material requirement and communicates same to Area Engineer.
- Prepare execution plan of assigned jobs & get approval after discussion with area engineer on the method and procedures for safe execution.
- Carry out inspection of lots in warehouse and update results to area Engineer.
- Monthly inspection of his permanent tool box and install checklist.
- Study of drawings, manuals, mechanical packages, work instructions & procedures to ensure jobs are executed with quality.
- Administrative
- Maintain good communication with staff / COS employees concerning various administrative, technical matters and updates Area Engineer accordingly.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Knowledge / Hands on experience of maintenance of rotating equipment like Gas turbines, Steam Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Centrifugal Pumps, PD pumps, Gearboxes, Rotary Drums, Conveyor belts, Screens, Elevators, Scaffolding, Painting, Materials, Insulations etc.
- Awareness of different materials types and measuring tools.
- Knowledge of industrial safety, health & environment standards.
- Capable of identifying safety related issues.
