Main Responsibilities:
- Generate Production Plan every month for rolling 12 months horizon.
- Create Production Plan taking into account stock policy and resource availability.
- Define Production Plan constraints with planning and manufacturing in order to provide consistency for product availability.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels and production plans versus actual, identify action items for improvement and take propose appropriate measures while maintaining targeted customer service levels
- Create PRs for timely delivery of required raw and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing for long-term business plans and new product development.
- Conduct/ Participate Monthly, Weekly planning meeting with factory/Sales/MKT/Finance/MC.
