Location: Karachi
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors/Masters
Key Outputs:
1- Ensure to achieve Sales Target and availability of complete product portfolio at the relevant set of Channels/outlets
2 -Responsible for providing the sales forecast, as per the market conditions and Area inputs
3 -Regular Market Visits to ensure optimum outlet productivity
4 -Regularly review Distributors performances, identify gaps and take steps to bridge the identified gaps
5 -Ensure required Level of Floor stock, Required number of salesmen and vans at the assigned distributors
6 -People Development through Feedback and On the Job Training
Key Experience: Experience of Establishing and managing Distributor network Past experience of leading diverse teams and Track record of delivering desired results Relevant Industry and FMCG sector knowledge
