Job Description:
- Verification of distributor payments / receipts from bank statements on daily basis.
- Matching of payments / receipts from bank statement with receipts shared by team.
- Maintenance of data bank pertaining to deposit slips.
- Referencing of deposit slips (soft form) with respect to realized payments as per bank statements.
- Sending positive / negative balance confirmations to distributors / customers as per senior directive.
- Performing reconciliations when required with distributors / customers.
- Update price structures at Channel, Brand & SKU level.
- Maintenance of data pertaining to IMT customers in both soft & hard form.
