Job Responsibilities:
1) Should have planning and organizing abilities, strong knowledge of cost efficient operation, problem solving & root cause analysis
2) Smooth and efficient operations of machines, optimum use of resources, development of a comprehensive world class quality and food safety system and hygienic processing
3) Dairy product life cycle, good manufacturing practices and hygiene concepts
4) HACCP, concepts, food safety management system concepts, allergen management, proficient in SAP QM and PP Modules
5) Should have very good knowledge of TQM. Quality control on line
