Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured to meet prescribed standards (compliant), delivered on time, and in accordance with all Quality Standards.
- Monitor and organize shift-wise activities, including manpower and plant operations, to comply with the daily production plan.
- Standardize all batches (e.g., UHT Milk, Dostea, Flavored Milk, Pasteurized Milk, Green Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Butter Milk, and Powder) as per approved Quality Plans.
- Coordinate with all service departments (e.g., Engineering, Maintenance, Stores, Utilities, Warehouse) to ensure smooth production.
- Implement all ISO standard requirements during the shift.
