Position: Area Manager MPD
Experience: 2-4 Years in Milk Collection Operations
Qualification: Masters
Department: Milk Procurement

Skills & Responsibilities:
- Highly skilled in milk collection operations.
- Knowledgeable in quality norms and standards of milk.
- Assure that milk procurement needs are well determined and achieved
- Assist Field Operations Manager to develop budgets and ensure its implementation
- Monitor services plan, to ensure the required quantity and quality of milk is delivered to Plant.
- Ensure the application of all tests at different levels to check the quality of milk as per plant milk acceptance criteria.
- Explore and develop new milk sources.
- Drive Safety culture across the operations of MPD by reducing accidents, reporting incidents and safety audits.
- Be administratively responsible for the conduct of his direct reports. Take necessary action in case of violation of rules and code of conduct.
