POSITION DESCRIPTION

MANAGER DATABASES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Skilled and experienced candidates to oversee our database system and ensure their performance, security and integrity.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with another team.
• Proficiency in Database Management System (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with Performance Tuning, backup and recovery strategies.
• Knowledge of Security best practices for Database Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5-6 Years in Database Management
